We run these on Monday & Wednesday at 10.30 and Friday at 9.30

The daytime fitness classes are run by Liz pitman , They are a mixture of punch bags circuit training and some light weights ,open to anyone over 16 new mums are welcome to bring baby if still in a car seat or pushchair. There is a mix of all fitness levels in this class perfect for general fitness and toning
