The standard class is a perfect starting place, the way the class is run means you can go at your own pace but you will be encouraged to push your self the results our customers have had from this class are amazing a really friendly atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to help each other !
This class is not for the faint of heart , this is for those who are interested in getting seriously fit , comprising of punch bags pads and circuit training if you can complete everything in this class you are a serious athlete !!! Both classes are mixed

For The Men …..
The Fight Factory offers our male clientele an opportunity to lose weight, improve muscle tone and increase general fitness. These classes offer a variety of sessions including punch bags, pads, circuits and caveman training. Any age or level of fitness is welcomed and absolutely no boxing experience is required. This awesome class is both effective in increasing fitness whilst being extremely enjoyable.
For The Ladies …..
The Fight Factory offers our female clientele an opportunity to train in a ‘real boxing gym’ with ‘real boxing coaches’. Forget the other ‘boxing based fitness classes’ offered at gyms you may have been to in the past because these classes are ‘the real deal’. Open to any female aged 16+ these classes offer a variety of training including punch bags, pads and circuits. These classes are great for ladies looking to lose weight, increase fitness and tone their bodies. Confidence and self-esteem is also increased after classes.
Ladies Daytime Fitness Sessions are also offered by Liz, who will run you through a range of fitness exercises guaranteed to tone the body, increase fitness help you lose weight and increase confidence. Liz delivers her sessions in a friendly and fun manner ensuring clients enjoy the training.

Personal Training Sessions and ‘one-to-one’ coaching sessions are available to all of our clients.
Jon & Liz both have several years fitness experience behind them and are able to offer you a ‘tailor-made’ package depending on your fitness level, body type and to allow you to meet the goals you want to achieve. Working with your chosen trainer (Jon or LIz) they will develop a training plan and work with you offering support and advice to assist you in meeting your goal.
Jon also offers ‘one-to-one’ coaching for boxers of all capabilities and experience. form absolute beginners to experienced fighters, Jon can offer personal and intensive training teaching you how to box. With 50 fights under his belt Jon has a wealth of experience that he is prepared to share with his clients, guaranteeing great boxing training in a safe and professional environment.
