Gloucester Fight Factory offers one to one personal training sessions for both men and women as long as they are over 16 years of age. One to one training sessions is the fastest way to achieve you fitness and lifestyle goals.

We cater for the full range of fitness requirements for example you could simply be looking to get in shape for a holiday, or a fighter looking to improve your boxing skills whatever your goals, we can help. Over the years we have worked with everyone from UFC fighters through to professional boxers, rugby players and elite athletes.

Our one to one training also caters for less aggressive goals such as toning, weight loss, stress relief, losing baby weight and even slimming down and toning to prepare for a wedding.

We have both male and female trainers and any body type or fitness level can be catered for. There are no minimum or maximum contracts, you can either pay as you go or block book a set number of sessions. There are discounts for those who choose to block book.
